The ibérico chorizo is made from lean and fat acorn-fed 100% ibérico pork. It is full-flavored and intense, with a succulent and juicy texture.
Also the ibérico bellota salchichón (salami) is nutty and rich.
The ibérico bellota lomo (Pork Loin) is considered one of the noble parts of the pig, it is the most valued of the Iberian sausages. After a strict selection of the muscle pieces of our specimens, the meat is marinated and stuffed into casings. It follows a natural curing process over a period of six months, resulting in a sausage with a unique flavor and unequaled quality.

CONSUMPTION
Open me 30 minutes before consumption at room temperature. Enjoy me with good company.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
Place the slices on a warm plate for the fat to melt slightly. Eat the slices with Obando Gourmet Rustic Picos.
