- "Secreto de Cerdo 100% Iberico" Iberian Pork Side Belly
- Kikoman Soy Sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Honey
- Sugar
- Paprika
- Lemon
- Pepper
- Bay Leaves
COOKING INSTRUCTION
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (121°C).
- Place the Secreto Ibérico on a roasting pan or oven-safe dish.
- Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 6 minutes each side.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 74°C (165°F) for safe consumption.
