Noia cockles. Chargrilled with a mixture of birch, beech, and oak woods and canned in the Arbequina de Castillo de Canena brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil, adding a dash of Habanero pepper.

Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

They are a perfect product to put with other dishes and have a very complete appetizer. You can also add Chips, Spanish Cheese, and some Iberico Charcuterie to your table.
