Our delicious range of cured Iberian pork specialties is made with the same delicate attention to detail and stringent quality used for our Ibérico hams. Tradition-steeped knowledge combined with the most innovative, demanding, thorough processes and natural raw materials, are the keys to the range of intense flavors offered by our cured salchichón sausage.
Iberian sausage stuffed in a smaller and narrower casing, thus obtaining pieces of 200 grams. Ideal for snacks or appetizers. It is cured in natural dryers for 45 days.
