Our Christmas gift baskets and boxes are pre-curated to offer the best selection of premium Spanish products. While the items cannot be customized, we may substitute certain products of equal or greater value depending on availability. Please note that the product images shown on the website are for reference only and may vary slightly from what you receive.

What Happens if there are delivery delays?

While we strive to deliver your holiday gifts on time, please understand that factors such as weather conditions, carrier holiday operations, and high shipping volumes may cause delays. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your delivery before the holidays.

What's the cutoff for holiday delivery?

To ensure your holiday gifts arrive on time, please follow these cut-off times:

For locations outside of Vancouver:
Place your order by 10 AM (PST) on Friday, December 20.

For the Greater Vancouver area:
Place your order by 10 AM (PST) on Tuesday, December 24.

Orders placed after 10 AM on December 24 & 31, or on December 25 & 26:
These orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Due to the nature of our gourmet products, we cannot accept returns for food items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at customerservice@arcimports.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside these areas at this time.
