100% Acorn-fed Iberian Pork Loin Crown

Part of the high rib of the pig to which the loin is attached, removing part of the intercostal meat, obtaining a crown shape as recognized in traditional preparations.

Coming from 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth, raised in freedom and with an exquisite diet prepared on our farms and pastures based on natural cereals, acorns, as well as grasses, tubers and roots.

Vacuum-packaged frozen product.

Keep Frozen at -18 degrees. Do not freeze once thawed.
