Important Shipping Details

Here's everything you need to know about our shipping options, costs and timelines. 

  • This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

  • NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Additionally, there may be certain restrictions or limitations on what can be shipped to provinces outside of BC.

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Holiday Seasons or Statutory Holidays (from 15:00 PM before Holiday): Following Business day

We offer various shipping options to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and reliable manner. The available methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Shipping method chosen

  • Destination of your order

  • Weight and dimensions of the package

After you place an order, it will go through a processing period before being shipped. This period allows us to verify and prepare your order for shipment. The processing time may vary depending on the items in your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can use the carrier's website to get real-time updates on the whereabouts of your package.

We strive to make your shopping experience with us as smooth as possible, regardless of your location within Canada, and to provide accurate delivery estimates, although delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.


Frozen / Refrigerated Products

To ensure product quality and safety, please follow these guidelines when ordering frozen or refrigerated items.

  • Express Shipping Required

    Please select UPS EXPRESS or FEDEX EXPRESS at checkout

  • Special Packaging

    Orders require insulated packaging and expedited shipping.

  • Winter Exception

    Standard shipping may be used for refrigerated products in colder months.

  • Thermal Protection

    Products are shipped with ice packs and thermal insulation.

  • Partial Thaw Disclaimer

    We cannot guarantee frozen items will arrive 100% frozen and are not responsible for partial thawing during transit.

Local Pick Up At Our Store

We offer the option for local pick up at our store. During the checkout process, you will be able to select the local pick up option and, once your order is ready for pickup, we'll promptly send you an email notification.

Pickup Policy

  • Must pick up within 20 days

  • Unclaimed orders will be canceled, and a 50% refund will be processed

  • Bring order confirmation + valid ID or credit card used for the purchase

  • Someone else can pick it up bringing the confirmation email

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer various shipping methods, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and same day shipping options (for Metro Vancouver area). The available methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery times depend on factors such as your location, the shipping method chosen, and the availability of the items. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, please note that they are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method chosen, the destination, and the weight and dimensions of the package. You will be able to view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Shipping Partners

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your packages. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Do you offer shipping to P.O. BOX?

Unfortunately, We won't be able to ship to domestic P.O. Box delivery addresses.

How will my order be shipped?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can check out our
delivery options at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

After you place an order, there is a processing period during which we verify and prepare your order for shipment. Our Logistic department will do our best to provide you with the expedited services and ensure we have product deliver to you safely. However, the processing time may vary depending on the items in your order and any customization or personalization requested.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

How my order will be packed?

We ensure that your order arrives at your doorstep in excellent condition by meticulously packaging each item for optimal protection during transit. Products requiring cooling are dispatched in mailers accompanied by ice packs. It's worth noting that our vacuum-sealed charcuterie items, while best kept refrigerated, don't necessitate constant cooling during transportation and are therefore secure in transit. 
Frozen meats are shipped in thermal mailers with ample ice packs, utilizing overnight shipping for next-day delivery. While we strive for frozen delivery, we cannot guarantee that the items will arrive frozen. Returns and Exchanges

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you in resolving the issue.
