    Sardine tails from Asturias, "Colas de Sardinas a la Brasa" are roasted with oak wood and preserved in Arberquino de Castillo de Canena extra virgin olive oil, which is of high quality and smoothness, which does not detract from the flavor of the sardine. Sardines roasted with holm oak wood and canned in Arbequina de Castillo de Canena Extra Virgin Olive Oil with apple cider vinegar and aromatic spices.
