Inspired by the bold flavours of Spain’s legendary Chorizo de León, this version turns up the heat—just enough. Lightly cured and naturally smoked in the mountains of northern Spain, it offers a coarsely textured bite packed with deep paprika flavour and a warm, smoky finish.
Made from minced pork and fat, this spicy link is perfect for grilling, pan-frying, or slicing into your favourite rustic recipes. It’s bold, fiery, and full of personality—but not overpowering. A versatile chorizo that brings just the right level of heat to any meal.

Do not refreeze once thawed.
For best quality, consume within 6 months of purchase.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and consume within 5–7 days.
