    Crafted in the high plains of northern Spain, this Chorizo de León Picante by Antonio Romero is the spicier sibling of our traditional León sausage. Lightly smoked over wood and cured just enough to lock in flavour, it delivers a juicy texture, bold paprika intensity, and a slow-building heat that lingers in the best way.

    SERVING RECOMMENDATION
    This spicy chorizo is lightly cured and best enjoyed cooked. Let sit at room temperature for 15–30 minutes before cooking or serving to enhance texture and aroma.

    • Grill whole or sliced to release the smoky paprika oils and charred edges.

    • Pan-fry and serve with eggs, roasted potatoes, or sautéed greens.

    • Add to stews, rice dishes, or pasta for a boost of bold, savoury heat.

    • Slice and serve with aged cheese and crusty bread for a fiery tapas plate.
