Shipping and Delivery Policy

At ARC IBERICO IMPORTS, we are dedicated to bringing the best of Spanish products to Canada, we are delighted to have you as a customer.

This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

SHIPPING POLICY

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Metro Vancouver Area

Greater Vancouver Area includes Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, White Rock, New West, Coquitlam and Delta. We usually process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  

We offer $18 flat rate shipping to Greater Vancouver Area and Free Shipping for order more than $200.

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

For Maple Ridge, Chilliwack, Langley, Abbotsford, Whistler, Squamish and other areas, the delivery time might take 1-2 business days.  

For Victoria area, we deliver every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, please place an order a day before 10 am.

Do you offer local pick up for orders?

Yes, we offer the option for local pick up at our JAMONERIA By ARC. During the checkout process, you will be able to select the local pick up option 

What are the locations where local pick up is available?

Orders can be picked up daily at our JAMONERIA by ARC

Monday to Thursday, 09:30 am to 05:00 pm

Friday from 09:30 am to 09:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 am to 09:00 pm

When will my order be ready for pick up?

Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll promptly send you an email notification. Please remember, it's crucial to pick up your order within 20 days from the date of purchase. While your order will be reserved for you, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for the expiration dates of the products.After 20 days, uncollected orders will be canceled, and a 50% refund will be processed.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?

Please bring a copy of the order confirmation email with you, as well as a valid form of identification. You may also be required to show the credit card used for the purchase.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes, someone else can pick up your order for you. However, they will need to bring a copy of the order confirmation email.

  • FROZEN / REFRIGERATE PRODUCTS

    We are working hard to ensure that your perishable items are delivered in excellent condition. When choosing the frozen products, they require special packaging and expedited shipping as it is thermally challenged. PLEASE SELECT UPS EXPRESS or FEDEX EXPRESS as a shipping option on the checkout. We use special packaging and handling techniques to keep your frozen and refrigerated items at the appropriate temperature during transit. However, we can not guarantee it will arrive 100% frozen at destination

Do you offer international shipping?

Do you offer shipping to P.O. BOX?

Unfortunately, We won't be able to ship to domestic P.O. Box delivery addresses.

How will my order be shipped?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can check out our
delivery options at checkout.

How long does order processing take?

After you place an order, there is a processing period during which we verify and prepare your order for shipment. Our Logistic department will do our best to provide you with the expedited services and ensure we have product deliver to you safely. However, the processing time may vary depending on the items in your order and any customization or personalization requested.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

How my order will be packed?

We ensure that your order arrives at your doorstep in excellent condition by meticulously packaging each item for optimal protection during transit. Products requiring cooling are dispatched in mailers accompanied by ice packs. It's worth noting that our vacuum-sealed charcuterie items, while best kept refrigerated, don't necessitate constant cooling during transportation and are therefore secure in transit. 
Frozen meats are shipped in thermal mailers with ample ice packs, utilizing overnight shipping for next-day delivery. While we strive for frozen delivery, we cannot guarantee that the items will arrive frozen. Returns and Exchanges

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you in resolving the issue.
