    INGREDIENTS + INFO

    Made from Pasteurized manchego sheep MILK, salt, firming agent: calcium chloride, rennet, lactic ferments, and the preservative: lysozyme (from EGG). Rind: Preservative: natamycin and colorings: plain caramel and annatto norbixin. The rind is not edible.

    STORAGE & CARE

    We recommend storing it in its vacuum pack in the fridge as it has a cold and stable temperature. Once opened, wrap it with plastic wrap in the fridge

    There are other two places where I order Spanish food from but ARC is in my opinion the best. Faster, more options and food is not expired.
