They are partially cooked before the leaves are removed and the hearts are trimmed by hand. Cooked to Brindisa's specifications they have a delicious slightly nutty, waxy flavor

Artichokes are one of the most exquisite products from Navarra. They are a very versatile food that you can combine in many ways, for example, you can put it in a sandwich with Piquillo peppers or you can also add it to many recipes or create delicious tapas with it and it is as simple as adding a few cubes of Ibérico ham, as we serve it in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room.
