This Manchego is firm, smooth, and creamy in texture with a nutty, sweet flavor, perfectly balanced with the intensely aromatic mushrooms aroma of black truffle.

STORAGE & CARE
We recommend keeping the cheese in its package vacuum-packed and refrigerated below 5 degrees. Once you take it out of its package you should store it in a tupper or wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge.
Serve it at room temperature.
Such an exquisite product can be enjoyed on its own, but if you want to accompany it, we recommend you try it with some Squere Piquitos Pan de Tapas, or if you want to prepare the perfect snack for your friends, the option that never fails is to accompany it with some Iberico Charcuterie.
Made from Pasteurized sheep MILK, truffle paste 3%, Porcini, sunflower oil, 12% summer truffle, salt, pepper, sugar, granulated broth, black truffle aroma, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt, rennet, firming agent: calcium chloride, preservative: lysozyme (from EGG) and lactic ferment. The rind contains a preservative: natamycin. The rind is not edible.
