STORAGE & CARE
We recommend storing it in its vacuum pack in the fridge as it has a cold and stable temperature. Once opened, wrap it in plastic wrap.
Always serve drunken goat cheese at room temperature. Bring it out of the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving, if possible. Remember, drunken goat cheese is great at almost any time of day and goes well in so many recipes, making the simplest foods spectacular.
Pasteurized goat´s MILK, salt, firming agent: calcium chloride, rennet, lactic cultures, and preservative potassium nitrate. May contain EGG. The rind contains preservative natamycin and SULPHITES. The rind is not edible.
