    STORAGE & CARE

    • Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F)

    • Do not refreeze once thawed

    • Best consumed within 6 months of purchase

    • Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24–48 hours


    SERVING RECOMMENDATION

    Pluma is naturally tender with a perfect fat-to-lean balance—ideal for effortless, flavorful meals.

    • Cook whole

    • Season with salt and pepper

    • Grill or pan-sear over high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until medium-rare with a slight char

    • Let rest, then slice against the grain for the best texture

    Pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, Romesco sauce, or a light Tempranillo.
