    Deep-sea intensity in an extra-large format

    Carabineros are prized for a reason: their flavour is richer, sweeter, and more complex than standard prawns or langoustines — closer to lobster, with incredible depth concentrated in the head. Caught in Atlantic and Mediterranean waters, they keep their vivid red colour after cooking and deliver a dramatic, unmistakable finish.

    The “0” size offers a true centrepiece prawn: large enough to grill whole, bold enough to carry a dish on its own.

    Carabinero prawn (crustacean), antioxidants (E-450i, E-331iii, E-330, sodium metabisulphite).

    Contains crustaceans and sulphites. May contain traces of fish and molluscs.

    STORAGE & CARE

    Keep frozen. Defrost slowly in the refrigerator, rinse gently and cook thoroughly before consumption.

    Do not refreeze once defrosted.

    SERVING RECOMMENDATION

    • Grill whole in the shell over charcoal or rock salt
    • Roast in the oven using the traditional salt-baking method
    • Finish with olive oil and serve immediately
