Its texture is compact and very balanced. In the mouth, it leaves an exquisite and intense flavor, the more intense the more it is cured, persistent but very pleasant.
It has a firm texture and ribbons of black garlic running throughout. The rich flavors of the cheese combine perfectly with the luxurious sweetness and complexity of black garlic.
STORAGE & CARE
We recommend storing it in its vacuum pack in the fridge, as it has a cold and stable temperature. Once opened, wrap it in plastic wrap or put it in a tupper and put it back in the fridge.
Serve it at room temperature.
The well-defined flavor and texture of this sheep's cheese make it ideal for nibbling on its own. You can also pair it with a mild complement to the tannins of the red wine, or serve it with a handful of Spanish Olives and fresh fruit.
