Baby squids are prepared in the traditional Basque style, cooked in white wine and their own ink.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

You can create very special dishes with the baby squid, such as a tapa with Guindillas del Navarrico and Asparagus, which is very easy to prepare and really delicious.
