La Brújula "Almejas al Natural" Clams In Brine Nº42
Clams in brine. These clams are caught by the traditional method in the Rías Baixas, Galicia. We select the best specimens that are caught free-diving. The best raw material is selected and after a rigorous purification process, they are divided by size. These canned clams are made with bivalve mollusks that live in the sandy bottoms of the Galician estuaries.
Before packing they checked again one by one, to ensure that the quality remains intact. Once packed one by one, a covering liquid is added and they can be closed.
STORAGE & CARE
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.
This product is perfect to combine with a wide variety of recipes such as rice, and pasta, there is even a recipe with Beans "El Navarrico" that is delicious. You can use your imagination in your kitchen and prepare delicious dishes.
