STORAGE & CARE
If you are not eating it straightaway, reheat it in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees and enjoy. Note this product is despatched frozen, defrost before cooking. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
Roast in its bag.
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and keep the product at room temperature. Do not remove the bag.
2. Place the bag on the rack in the position shown for two hours. Always put the pork skin upwards.
3. Remove from oven, pierce the bag, and the hot steam will come out. Remove the plastic piece carefully, strain the juice, and enjoy.
Once the time is up, remove it from the oven and the bag. If you wish, leave it in the oven for a few more minutes to brown if you wish.
