Rosemary Manchego Cheese Aged 12 Months
Aromatic rosemary leaves coat this rich Manchego cheese, complimenting its nutty, herbal flavour.
This delicious Manchego is coated with Spanish Rosemary. Rosemary grows prolifically in Spain and naturally pairs to this beautifully aromatic and herbaceous cheese.
STORAGE & CARE
This cheese may be refrigerated up to 6 months when unopened and 3 to 4 weeks after opening. We do not recommend freezing cheese as it degrades the quality of the product.
Serve it at room temperature.
It goes very well on a cheese board with nuts as we serve it in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room.
It is made from Pasteurized sheep’s MILK, salt, rennet, firming agent: calcium chloride, preservative lysozyme (from EGG), and lactic ferment. The rind contains preservatives: natamycin, pork lard, and rosemary. The rind is not edible.
