Manzanilla olives from Andalusia Spain, light green in colour with soft skin, fermented naturally and are preserved in brine. Olives stuffed with anchovies are green manzanilla table olives of suitable quality from which the stone is removed and the hollow is filled with anchovies.
STORAGE & CARE
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep it refrigerated in a non-metallic container, covered in the brine.
