Perelló Gordal Olives are made from the Gordal Queen variety, which comes from Andalucía in the south of Spain.
They have a firm texture and a very fine flavour. Perelló Gordal olives have small pieces of green chilli pepper.
STORAGE & CARE
Once opened, keep it refrigerated in a non-metallic container, covered in the brine and consume within 7 days.
They are delicious when eaten straight from the jar. For a quick and tasty snack, stuff them with orange segments and marinate them with Spanish Olive Oil and herbs like oregano.
Water, green olives, chilli (SULPHITES), salt, flavour enhancers: E621 and E635, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: E300 and preservative: E202. May also contain FISH and ALMONDS
