El Navarrico "Alubias Pochas Frescas" Fresh Haricot Beans Pochas

Pochas are a variety of white bean, which is consumed before their maturity. They receive this name due to the pale color of their pod at the time of harvest. It is usually grown in orchards, mainly in Navarra, La Rioja, and Álava during the months of May to September. These beans go from greenish tones during their growth to whitish tones after ripening.

STORAGE & CARE

We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated. 

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Canned Pochas beans are a great canned product, they are much more tender and whole than normal beans. You only have to cook them and you have a delicious dish ready to eat, you can add chorizo, bacon, and black pudding to complete your recipe.
