Delgado Gildas de Boquerón en Vinagre combine vinegar-marinated white anchovy fillets with green olives and piparra peppers on a traditional skewer. The white anchovies give this version a lighter, pleasantly tangy flavour while preserving the bold character of this iconic Spanish aperitivo.

Preserved in vegetable oil and ready to serve, these gildas are ideal for tapas nights, gatherings, or aperitivo hour.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Serve chilled or allow the gildas to sit briefly at room temperature before enjoying. Pair them with vermouth, white wine, beer, or cider, or include them in a tapas spread with conservas, Spanish olives, and crispy bread.

Caution: Each gilda is assembled on a non-edible wooden skewer. Remove the skewer carefully before eating and supervise children while serving.
