SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Serve chilled or at room temperature on toasted bread, pintxos, or crispy gourmet thins. Pair with roasted peppers, olives, cheese, or tomatoes. For a traditional Spanish matrimonio, serve alongside white anchovies marinated in vinegar.

STORAGE & CARE

Keep refrigerated between 5°C and 12°C.

Once opened, keep refrigerated with the anchovies completely covered in vegetable oil and consume within 5 days.
