Made in Málaga, Spain, Corazón del Sol Quince Paste with Cinnamon is a comforting variation of traditional Spanish dulce de membrillo. Carefully selected quince is slowly cooked with sugar and a subtle touch of cinnamon, creating a concentrated fruit flavour with gentle aromatic warmth.
Its firm yet tender texture makes it easy to slice or cube, while the cinnamon complements the quince's natural sweet-and-tart character without overpowering it. Made with 54% quince and just 0.3% cinnamon, this traditional Spanish quince paste contains more fruit than sugar and is crafted without artificial colours or preservatives. It's gluten-free, high in fibre, and ideal for cheeseboards, pastries, and seasonal entertaining.
Serve with Manchego, aged sheep’s milk cheese, soft goat cheese, or creamy cheeses. It can also be enjoyed with toast, crackers, pastries, roasted dishes, or other sweet and savoury appetizers.
