"Solera Vinagre de Jerez 8 años" Solera Sherry Vinegar 8 years 375ml

It has a wonderful amber color with hints of mahogany, a delicate and fine bouquet. Its acetic aroma has hints of dried fruits and qualities derived from its aging in wooden vats. Its excellent flavor, ample and balanced, is strongly reminiscent of the wines from which it comes.

STORAGE & CARE

We recommend storing it at room temperature, without exposing it to direct sunlight, and keeping it tightly closed when not in use.

PREPARATION

Made using Palomino grapes indigenous to Andalusia's Jerez region and elaborated using the traditional Criadera and Solera system.

CONSUMPTION

Ideal for salad dressings, deglazing roasts, enhancing the depth of sauces and gravies, and dressing roast meat and fish.
