The particularity of these sardines lies in their sauce. This, 100% artisan made with fresh products, is one of the main attributes that make each of these special cans. The sardines are cleaned and gutted manually one by one. They are also floured by hand one by one and toasted in olive oil. Finally, pack the product is packed in a can and added the traditional 100% natural sauce that is made with onion, pepper, and tomato.
