ARC Ibérico Imports was founded in 2017 by Antonio Romero, a young entrepreneur from San Pedro de Alcántara, Málaga.

Growing up in his family’s restaurant, Antonio developed a love for Spanish cuisine from an early age. His passion took him to London and later Canada, where he worked in hospitality and trained as a Professional Master Ham Carver. With a single jamón and a case of chorizo, ARC began its journey to bring the very best of Spain to Canada.
