These large, "Castellano" chickpeas are processed in Navarra before being put into jars. These premium chickpeas are simply cooked with water and a pinch of salt and are known for their rich, nutty flavor and tender skins. They're a perfect pantry addition for stews and salads.
Cooked beautifully so that they retain some bite, whilst being tender and moist, they are remarkably versatile.

Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
Chickpeas are a product that can be cooked as a cold salad "Al Galope " as we serve in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room or as a hot dish for the winter.
