Sobrasada Iberica de bellota de Extremadura is made with loin head and jowl of pure Iberian pork, all finely chopped to achieve a juicy and uniform texture. The mixture of spices in its marinade and its slow maturing process gives it a unique flavor and aroma, typical of natural Iberian products.
Acorn-fed Ibérica sobrasada has a creamy texture that is perfect for spreading and enjoying the purest flavors of the Extremadura pastures.
