Sardinillas are characterized by a milder flavor than Sardines. The sardines are carefully removed from the head and cleaned. They are then cooked and placed in the presentation tin. Sardines are one of the most popular canned products. Depending on the size of the sardine, they are called Sardinillas or Sardinas.
