    Selected octopus coming from the best origins. Made with the traditional technique, identical medallions are cut and packed one by one by hand. In the case of octopus in olive oil, the only compliment is a mild extra virgin olive oil that enhances the natural flavor. In the case of octopus in Galician style, the sauce is handmade with olive oil, onion, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
