Polvoron Traditional Almond Cookie 250g

Polvorones are a traditional crumbly Spanish shortbread with almonds. They are oven baked and made of almonds, flour, lard, sugar, cinnamon, and sesame seeds. These Polvorones come individually wrapped.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Traditionally it is a product that is consumed during the Christmas season, but it is a sweet that can be eaten throughout the year either as a dessert or breakfast with a tasty Spanish mocha like the one we serve in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, sugar, lard, citric acid, almonds, cinnamon, and flavorings. May contain traces of hollow, milk, other nuts, and sesame.
