    This product is temperature-sensitive and requires UPS EXPRESS or FEDEX EXPRESS shipping. We pack all frozen items carefully using thermal insulation and ice packs. However, due to shipping conditions beyond our control, some thawing may occur during transit—particularly in warmer seasons or longer-distance deliveries.

Made with premium pork, garlic, smoked paprika, and carefully selected spices, this uncooked Spanish chorizo delivers a rich, smoky flavour and juicy texture that has made it a favourite throughout Spain.

    Lightly cured and stuffed into a natural casing, chistorra is incredibly versatile—perfect for grilling, pan-frying, baking, or adding to your favourite Spanish recipes. Whether served as tapas, tucked into a crusty bocadillo, or cooked alongside eggs and potatoes, it offers an authentic taste of Spanish comfort food.

    As an artisanal product, each chistorra is individually handcrafted. The weight and shape of each piece may vary slightly.


    STORAGE & CARE

    • Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F)
    • Do not refreeze once thawed
    • Best consumed within 6 months of purchase
    • Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24–48 hours

    SERVING RECOMMENDATION

    This chistorra is uncooked and should be fully cooked before serving.

    • Allow to thaw completely and rest at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before cooking.
    • Grill or pan-fry whole until browned and lightly crisp on the outside.
    • Slice into portions and serve as pintxos, in bocadillos, or alongside fried eggs.
    • Bake with potatoes or add to stews, lentils, chickpeas, or paella for rich smoky flavour.
