Will my order arrive in time for Canada Day?

Select products ship Canada-wide, while some items are available in British Columbia only. To get everything before July 1, order early in the long-weekend window and check each product page for shipping availability to your province.

What's on sale for Canada Day?

How much does shipping cost?

In the Greater Vancouver area shipping is a $18 flat rate, and free on orders over $200. For the rest of British Columbia and Vancouver Island, costs are calculated by weight and courier and shown at checkout before you pay, so you'll always see the exact total before confirming your Canada Day order.

What's the cut-off to receive my order before July 1?

Order early in the long-weekend window. For Greater Vancouver, orders placed before 10:00 AM PST on a business day ship same day; orders placed from 3:00 PM the day before a statutory holiday ship the following business day. Since Canada Day is a stat holiday, don't leave perishable items to the last minute and check availability for your area at checkout.

How are the frozen meats and fresh seafood kept cold in transit?

Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated packaging, ice packs and thermal mailers, and we ask you to select UPS Express or FedEx Express at checkout. Frozen meats ship overnight for next-day arrival. We can't guarantee items arrive 100% frozen and aren't responsible for partial thawing during transit.

Can I pick up my order in store instead?

Yes. Choose local pickup at our Richmond store, located at 1020-12471 Horseshoe Way, Richmond BC, at checkout, and we'll email you when it's ready. Bring your order confirmation and valid ID or the card used for the purchase. Orders must be collected within 20 days, and holiday hours may vary, which is handy to know around the Canada Day weekend.
