
Yurrita "Anchoas" Cantabrico "00" Anchovy Fillets in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100g tray
Cantabrian "00" Anchovies in extra virgin olive oil. The anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea are bought directly from the fishing boats, only selecting the freshest and best-sized anchovies. These are salted and packed in traditional cans and cured for at least 20 months.
Preparing a good anchovy requires three major factors: a long maturing period under a controlled temperature, the salted anchovies must be properly washed in order to achieve the right saltiness, and finally slicing them “conscientiously” so as to cut and get rid of all the bones.
STORAGE & CARE
Keep refrigerated between 5 and 12 degrees. Once opened keep refrigerated, covered with oil, and consume within 1 week.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
This product combines very well with many other foods and you can prepare very simple and tasty recipes. For example, gildas as an appetizer or a tapa that is very popular with avocado, both dishes are served in our Jamoneria Bar and Tasting Room.
