Characterized by its intense dark mahogany color that accentuates its body and density, the personality of this sweet vinegar derives from the sherry of the same name. Its penetrating aroma is reminiscent of sun-dried grapes, roasted coffee, or licorice. Acetic perfume with traces of dried fruits and woody nuances. Its vinous, ample and wonderfully balanced flavor evokes the base wine from which it originates. Its most defining features are its sweetness on the palate and its smooth, unique flavor.
STORAGE & CARE
We recommend storing it at room temperature, without exposing it to direct sunlight, and keeping it tightly closed when not in use.
