Cantabrian White Anchovies in extra virgin olive oil. These marinated white anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea are bought directly from the fishing boats, selecting the freshest and best-sized pieces. The anchovies are cleaned by hand, leaving them perfectly clean without the head, backbone, and innards. The anchovies are marinated using a special combination of wine vinegar and are finally packed along with the best olive oil from the south of Spain.
STORAGE & CARE
Keep refrigerated between 5 and 12 degrees. Once opened keep refrigerated, covered with oil, and consume within 1 week.
