This product is temperature-sensitive and requires UPS EXPRESS or FEDEX EXPRESS shipping. We pack all frozen items carefully using thermal insulation and ice packs. However, due to shipping conditions beyond our control, some thawing may occur during transit—particularly in warmer seasons or longer-distance deliveries.

Crafted in the mountains of León and made to be shared, Antonio Romero Chorizo de León is a true expression of Spain's rich charcuterie tradition. Produced using time-honoured methods from northern Spain, it is lightly smoked over wood, coarsely ground for a rustic texture, and seasoned with premium paprika, garlic, and natural spices for its unmistakable smoky flavour.
Perfect for grilling, barbecuing, pan-frying, or adding to your favourite Spanish recipes, this versatile chorizo develops a deliciously crisp exterior while remaining juicy and flavourful inside.
As an artisan product, every chorizo is individually handcrafted. Because of this traditional production process, the weight and shape of each piece may vary slightly, making every chorizo unique.
STORAGE & CARE
- Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F)
- Do not refreeze once thawed
- Best consumed within 6 months of purchase
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 24–48 hours
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
This chorizo is lightly cured and is best enjoyed fully cooked.
- Allow to thaw completely and rest at room temperature for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
- Grill whole or in thick slices until the exterior is beautifully caramelized and the inside is juicy.
- Pan-fry and serve with crusty bread, roasted potatoes, sautéed vegetables, or fried eggs.
- Dice into stews, lentils, chickpeas, rice dishes, or paella to add rich smoky flavour.
