Caperberries in vinegar with garlic cloves. Pickled Caperberries have a sharp and tangy flavour with grassy, floral notes and a yielding texture with some crunch from the seeds. The fruit of the caper bush, they have a similar, but milder, flavour to a caper, which is the flower bud of the same plant.
STORAGE & CARE
Keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated covered in the brine and consume within 7 days.
Caperberries can be eaten like an olive or used to bring their distinctive flavour to a number of dishes.
