Mahon is rectangular or square with rounded edges and has a natural yellowish rind. A unique cheese with a sweet and fruity aroma and a rich, bold flavor, Mahon is not for those who prefer bland cheeses.
STORAGE & CARE
Store it in the refrigerator in its vacuum package. Once opened, wrap it in plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator.
Serve it at room temperature.
As a highly versatile cheese, grate over pasta, rice, or vegetables, or serve as an appetizer with Olive Oil.
