El Navarrico "Lentejas con Verduras" Lentils with Vegetables

A selection of the best vegetables from Navarra's vegetable garden is added to the lentils. Ready to eat. Small, firm greenish-brown lentils from Leon are processed in Navarra before being put into jars.

They are one of the foods that provide the most iron in the human diet and are therefore indispensable in any Mediterranean diet.

Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.
