The history of Perelló began in 1964 Entrepreneur GPS realized the potential of the natural resources of the environment where he grew up to create a small family business dedicated to growing, harvesting and distributing olives.
These huge pitted olives are grown in Andalusia, southern Spain, and have an intense, juicy flavour and a very firm texture. They have become a cult product thanks to the chilli pepper in the brine, which gives them a spicy kick.
STORAGE & CARE
Once opened, keep it refrigerated in a non-metallic container, covered in the brine and consume within 7 days.
The olives are large enough to split in half and stuff to your liking and are delicious olives to add to any recipe or eat on their own.
Water, green olives, chilli (SULPHITES), salt, flavour enhancers: E621 and E635, acid: citric acid, antioxidant: E300 and preservative: E202. May also contain FISH and ALMONDS.
