Each bite balances the anchovy’s rich saltiness with briny olives and tangy piparra peppers. Preserved in vegetable oil, these gildas are ready to enjoy at tapas nights, gatherings, or aperitivo hour.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION

Serve chilled or allow the gildas to sit briefly at room temperature before enjoying. Pair them with vermouth, white wine, beer, or cider, or include them in a tapas spread with conservas, Spanish olives, and crispy bread.

Caution: Each gilda is assembled on a non-edible wooden skewer. Remove the skewer carefully before eating and supervise children while serving.

STORAGE & CARE

Keep refrigerated between 5°C and 12°C.

Once opened, keep refrigerated, ensure the gildas remain covered with vegetable oil, and consume within 5 days.
