Delgado Boquerones en Vinagre are tender white anchovy fillets marinated in wine vinegar and packed with vegetable oil for a bright, pleasantly tangy flavour. Prepared in Spain and arranged in a generous tray, they are ready to serve chilled as a traditional tapa or incorporate into your favourite appetizers.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION
Serve chilled and finish with freshly chopped parsley and sliced garlic for a classic presentation. Enjoy them on their own, pair them with Spanish olives and cured meats, or serve them on Obando Crispy Gourmet Thins.
For a traditional matrimonio, serve the white anchovies together with Cantabrian anchovy fillets.
