    Gamba Blanca de Huelva is prized across Spain for one reason: purity of flavour. The meat is firm, sweet, and clean, with a depth you don’t find in shrimp from other origins. No iodine punch, no excess water — just honest seafood.

    This is the shrimp you cook as little as possible because it doesn’t need help.

    In Spain, these are most often boiled briefly or char-grilled whole, finished with coarse sea salt. Nothing else. When the ingredient is this good, restraint is the recipe.

    They’re also used in classic southern preparations like pil-pil, where their natural juices do the heavy lifting.

    • Gluten-free

    White shrimp (crustacean), antioxidants (E-223, E-331iii), stabiliser (E-450i). Contains crustaceans and sulfites.

    STORAGE & CARE

    Keep frozen at −18 °C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
    Cook thoroughly before consumption.

    SERVING RECOMMENDATION

    • Briefly boil in well-salted water, then rest and serve
    • Char-grill whole with coarse sea salt
    • Use as the star ingredient in simple Spanish seafood dishes
