Intense green olive fruitiness. On the nose, apple, freshly cut green grass, tomato, alloza, aromatic herbs and banana stand out, with a balanced whole. On the palate it is very aromatic, persistent, sweet on the palate with a bitter and moderately spicy finish.
STORAGE & CARE
Store in a cool place at a constant temperature of about 18 -24 degrees and should also be dark to avoid sunlight.
Once opened, keep it in the same place in order to respect the preservation conditions and prevent it from spoiling.
Throughout the entire production process, the whole process is closely supervised and everything is carefully controlled, from the cultivation of the fruit on the tree to the bottling. Thus producing the best extra virgin olive oil.
This olive oil, Hojiblanca, is manufactured by the Aroden olive mill, located in Carcabuey (Córdoba) and has the Priego de Córdoba Denomination of Origin, hence its excellent quality.
This oil allows you to consume it in a wide variety of ways, accompanying different products, from bread, "Spanish Cheese", "Vegetables Conservas", or adding it to already cooked dishes. Thanks to its unique taste you will want to eat it on its own.
